Peddler’s Village, a countryside shopping, dining, lodging, and family entertainment destination in the heart of historic Bucks County, PA, has lots of fun planned this fall!

Join in the fun of OctoberFeast, a weekend featuring food trucks, a beer garden, live entertainment, and family activities. Grab your stein and stroll amongst larger-than-life scarecrows every day through October 31, part of their 43rd Annual Scarecrows in the Village!

Each year, Peddler’s Village invites Philadelphia-area residents and organizations to create scarecrows for its annual Scarecrows in the Village competition and display. The colorful and inventive scarecrows complement the autumn-tinted Village for two months; the Village-wide display began on Monday, September 5, and continues through Monday, October 31. Members of the public are encouraged to vote for their favorites via the Peddler’s Village mobile app or by picking up a paper ballot at the Visitor and Event Center. Voting ends October 10.

The Peddler’s Village Apple Festival is one of the most popular annual events in the greater Philadelphia region, and it will be happening on November 5 & 6. Enjoy a variety of live entertainment, food trucks, and special activities.

The Gingerbread Competition and Display is a holiday tradition at Peddler’s Village since 1984! It will be a feast for the eyes with more than 75 creative and whimsical entries crafted by the public in different categories. Feeling creative? Compete for cash prizes in eight festive categories listed below. Entry is free. The deadline to enter is November 9.

The Gingerbread entries will be on display from November 18 through January 8, 2023.

Other fun this year includes Peddler’s Village giveaways: 60 prizes totaling more than $12,000 through December 2022! Ranging in value from $110 to $500, individual prizes include baskets of shop merchandise, dinners at Peddler’s Village restaurants, a Giggleberry Fair family package, overnight getaways at the Golden Plough Inn, Peddler’s Village souvenir merchandise and gift cards, and more.
